Locally, you can find it at Whole Foods. I haven't seen it at other stores yet. I just grabbed the coconut vanilla yogurt to try, since Tim above recommended it. I'll let you know how that goes. I've had an aversion to anything yogurt-like for years, so we'll see if this makes me a luvuh.

I super cross my heart swear I'll try the ice cream, but can I wait until my next regularly scheduled trip to the grocery to get it? I'm not sure how big corporation would feel about me running out the door shouting over my shoulder "coconut milk, mint, veganlicious".

I trust you though - you know I trust you.

Wow, Tim! I know you must scan the internet for references to your company and products, but I feel like I've had a brush with greatness by your comment. Like someone kinda famous is reading my blog and commenting.

I definitely love your products and try them often. I'm completely smitten with this, my first try, of the coconut milk-based products. I'll be coming back for more, that's for sure!

This is Tim from Turtle Mountain. Thanks for great review. I can attest to it being even better warmed up a bit. The coconut milk stays thick and creamy and sort of hugs your tongue. It's great stuff. BTW, we also just launched So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt. Soy free, dairy free and all around delicious. It's just starting to show up in stores now.

I also love mcc. And I also love mine warmed up a little, which is exactly what I let it do last night. Only creamier tasting! Well, really, how would I know, since I never tasted it without letting it warm. But, it was pure creamy, rich heaven the way I had it last night.

Years ago, my dad received official "training" from a well-known gourmet brand (at the time in the '80's) ice-cream. They taught him to always let the container warm a bit - that their product tasted better that way. So I've always let my frozen desserts sit on the counter for a few minutes until the edges get melt-y. YUMMY!

I do love real mint chocolate chip, so I think I'm a prime candidate to try this. I have a question, though: did it taste as good when it was kind of melty? I like letting my ice cream warm up a little. Or did you eat it so fast it pretty much stayed frozen until it was in your belly?
