Thanks Everyone!

KA, I purposefully made my balls smaller than I think the guiding website recommended. From one 9x13 pan, I was able to roll 100 balls! Mine were the size of the dent in the middle of my palm - just larger than a quarter if cross-sectioned. They fit perfectly into those candy wrappers.

More on ball-rolling when we get to Step Two MoFo'ers.

Heh.

STUNNING dessert table. Yummy cake truffles! I had them at a party once but I'd rather try a vegan version.

I'm wondering if you experimented with size at all or if you knew what size you wanted them to be. I'd love a cake ball I could pop into my mouth without mess, but would that be too different a cake-to-frosting ratio?
